Alongside the summer brass band competition, the ensemble contest, or “En-con” is an opportunity for groups of musicians to showcase their exciting performances. A school-wide preliminary round will decide who will play in the Kyoto En-con representing Kita Uji High School. But troubles arise as over 50 brass band members compete for the coveted spots! How will Kumiko manage the preliminary rounds and the challenging days ahead as the new captain of the club?
