Synopsis
At the bottom of the Wisła River in Warsaw, a mermaid gathers Blue Castles. These Blue Castles reside within a person’s dream. They are beautiful, yet fragile, sometimes decaying from the passage of time, sometimes being completely destroyed. While being guided by the mermaid to the Dream World at the bottom of the Wisła River, the Polish girl Sisi, meets Ran, a Japanese girl.
