Bori, the First Secretary of Sweden, is residing in Pyongyang. Although he is a diplomat, he secretly meets Bokju, a traffic security officer who is a citizen of Pyongyang. One day, after a suspicious man visits their secret meeting place, Bokju suddenly disappears. With only a short time left before he returns to Sweden, Bori begins searching for Bokju and gradually becomes suspicious of his interpreter, Lee Myungjun.
